billy_jack_ver2_xlgFor our 50th episode we threw it open to the audience to choose the film, and one of them threw back Billy Jack.  The story of an ass-kicking peacekeeper and the hippie Freedom School that he protects.
In Seen It, we discuss fear, meanness and killing.

Hey guys love the shows. Watched all three seasons this past Memorial Day Weekend; man my wife was pissed. Keep up the great work. Just wondered if you have ever seen Red State by Kevin Smith. I have shown it is several people without saying it was a Kevin Smith film and their minds were blown after the viewing. Dark, so dark. If you want to borrow my copy let me know.

I started watching The Story of Film : An Odyssey after you mentioned it, I’m glad I did. If you like documentaries about film from a man with a European accent, check out “A Pervert’s Guide to Cinema”? Slovaj Žižek makes a feature length sampling of Lacanian film analysis not only bearable but also pretty entertaining.
