Bedazzled

CraigWCats2Matt and Craig make a devil’s bargain by watching the 1967 classic ‘Bedazzled’. Selling your soul was never so much fun!
And in Seen It, we discuss Ghost Riders, Station Agents, more redeemable A-holes and another movie on Matt’s hate list.

Great show guys! Have you seen another Satan inspired movie called Race With The Devil? A 70’s action movie starring Peter Fonda and Warren Oates.

For Seen It: Since we’re talking about 60s movies, have you seen “The Incredible Mr. Limpet” with Don Knotts? It is now out on Blu-Ray.

I am now 34 and I still remember the time I watched this with my mom as a tiny child; to this day and I still utter the phrase “I Wish I Were a Fish”.

Now that you’ve done “Bedazzled,” I think you have to talk about the piss-poor remake.

And apropos of nothing, have you seen “Repo: The Genetic Opera?” It’s one of those movies that I thought I would love going in but ended up hating. I’d love to hear your thoughts on it if you’ve seen it.

I Don’t know if you have seen it or own it but you guys should watch Martin McDonagh’s Brilliant dramedy “In Bruges”. I Love it more and more every time I watch it.

Peter Dinklage was also pretty awesome in what was easily the best Vin Deisel movie, Find Me Guilty. Seen it?

Thanks to this episode, the Blu-ray edition of “Long Day’s Journey into Night” is now on my Amazon wish list, though I would probably be dead about half an hour into the movie if I tried the drinking game. (I’m a bit of a lightweight.) Great work as usual!

From the “Seen It” file: have you seen the 1970 film “Start the Revolution without Me”? Gene Wilder and Donald Sutherland play two sets of twins separated at birth. Hilarity ensues. As a bonus, Orson Welles is in it, too. It’s terrific.
